Retail and commercial spaces are available on the main, second, and third floors of Astoria on Tenth.

Commercial and retail space at Astoria is being preserved for those retailers and concepts who can provide upscale luxury services, entertainment, or conveniences to residents and/or hotel guests—such as high-end restaurant or food concepts, upscale cocktail or wine bar, upscale coffee bar and newspaper shop, spa services, dry cleaning and tailoring, and other concepts in keeping with the Astoria calibre of clientele. The concepts may have to be coordinated with limitations on the building’s space and configurations, and in coordination with what services the Hotel at Astoria will be offering, to avoid duplication and provide the best mix of service.

Official details about the final Retail Partners are expected later in 2008.
